Ruang Kongsi is a centre for life-long learning and social transformative knowledge, with community courses on philosophy, social studies, human rights, democracy, and practical skills. The collectively run space is home to a community library, a publicly available event space for social activities and exhibition space for local community artists.
We are a little bookstore, and we also running a little library. We plan to intermittently invite guest speakers to give talks on parenting, reading, and arts/crafts activities, aiming to become a spot for community gatherings and activities. We have a little board game room in our store too, for adults and children to have a space to relax and play together.
